The Cancer Care Center at Wood County Hospital opened March 2014, in a brand-new facility adjacent to the hospital, providing compassion, expertise and the best possible results closer to home for many residents of Wood County and the surrounding area.The Center features the most technologically advanced radiation therapy planning and delivery equipment available. The new Cancer Care Center eliminates the need for patients to travel outside their community to receive highest quality radiation and chemotherapy treatments and clinical trials.
