Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation (the Foundation) is a premier, multi-specialty physician organization committed to providing high quality care to patients, and to supporting the research and academic endeavors of the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Founded in 1980, we are an independent not-for-profit organization, governed by a Board of Directors. Foundation physicians are full-time faculty members or researchers at Feinberg and are on the attending physician staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Today the Foundation includes more than 700 physicians and over 1,300 health professionals and other staff, working together in more than 40 medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.

Our size and group practice structure allow us to provide comprehensive care for many diseases and illnesses. For adult patients who require multi-disciplinary care, specialists from different areas work to share their expertise, and to develop individualized plans of care. Our physicians provide outpatient services in a large, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Care Center housed within the 2 million square foot Northwestern Memorial Hospital complex located in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast area. If you should require inpatient care, all of our physicians are on the staff of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

We are committed to serving our patients by providing high quality clinical care and by participating in the research and educational endeavors that will allow us to continue making significant advances in medicine. If you are interested in providing charitable support to help us further our clinical, research, and educational initiatives, please contact Eric G. Neilson, M.D., Chairman of the Board and President, at 312-503-0340.
