Premier Health Research Center is an independent exclusively-pediatric research facility dedicated to conducting Phase 2 to Phase 4 clinical trials by a competent and experienced research staff.
This research site has successfully conducted clinical studies in vaccines, anti-infective agents and other pediatric indications, and has worked with major pharmaceutical companies and CROs. The staff has adequate training on all important rules and regulations in clinical research.

The site is located a few miles from the city of Los Angeles and derives its prospective subjects from the cumulative database of Dr. Cruz, who has been practicing in the same area since 1991, accounting for a competent and active database in all pediatric groups. It is located right across Downey Regional Medical Center, and is in the center of a diverse population which includes 60% Hispanics, 20% Caucasian, 10% African-American and 10% others. The research facility is housed within the pediatric office, with dedicated research office rooms and drug room that are separately secured.
