CLINCO is a dedicated research site within a large private psychiatric practice. Our large private practice allows us to call upon a vast number of patients with a broad range of psychiatric disorders. CLINCO was established in 1999 and has conducted over 76 clinical studies.
Our medical studies include Hypertension, Insomnia and Shingles.
We are interested in, and capable of, completing medical indications such as obesity, migraines and smoking cessation.
We are dedicated to all trials that improve the treatment of mental health disorders. Our expertise is in working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental illness such as ADHD, Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Anxiety Disorders (including Panic Disorder, OCD, Social Phobia, and PTSD).
Our objective is to become the preeminent clinical research center in central Indiana and in doing so build on the cutting edge of new psychiatric medication for the benefit of patients everywhere.
We are located in Terre Haute, Indiana which is about 70 miles southwest of Indianapolis.
Dr. Paras Harshawat has over 11 years experience in Phase > I,II,III,and IV clinical trials. We are primarily interested in CNS research in children, adolescents, and adults and are also interested in medical indications. We have worked in the past in the following therapeutic areas:

Dr. Paras Harshawat is the Principal Investigator for CLINCO. In the past 11 years, he has been the PI for about 76 clinical trials. He has over 20 years of experience in treating mental illness in children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. He has an established outpatient practice with an average of 800 patients seen per month. He currently works with several residential organizations in the surrounding Indiana and Illinois area. He is board eligible in psychiatry.
CLINCO has a dedicated staff of three coordinators with over 10 years experience in conducting clinical research trials as well as a board certified psychiatrist.
Paul K. Phillips, MD
Dr. Phillips is a triple board certified psychiatrist and has over 20 years experience in treating children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Phillips has over one year of clinical research experience and also sees patients at Dr. Harshawat's outpatient practice.
Janet Troup
Research Manager
Janet Troup has 5 years experience working as a study coordinator in CNS trials and over 10 years experience in the medical field. She also has experience with regulatory and recruitment. She has experience in Phase 2-4 trials outpatient settings. She also has an Associate's degree in Business Management.
AriAnn Sagarsee
Study Coordinator
AriAnn Sagarsee has over one year experience in clinical research trials with children, adolescents and adults. She is responsible for recruiting, enrolling and following patients through studies. Effective communication between physician, sponsors, families and IRB's.
Lindsey Samm

Lindsey Samm has one year experience in clinical research trials with children, adolescents and adults. Effective communication between physicians, sponsors, families and IRB's.
Terre Haute has a population of about 60,000 and its county, Vigo, has a population of about 110,000. We draw our patients from a 60 mile radius. There are over 100 physicians and therapists in the surrounding communities. We are successful in developing and running advertising campaigns. We have also utilized central advertising when made available.
Psychiatry/Psychology
Our research facility is located in Terre Haute, Indiana about 60 miles from the Indianapolis International Airport. We have 5800 square feet of office space with 2000 square feet dedicated to clinical research. We have several examination rooms, clinical coordinator offices, a large, comfortable patient waiting room, a lab, specimen preparation area, and a separate area for monitors. Our equipment includes ECG, centrifuge, blood rocker and -20° freezer.
We are located about three miles south of Interstate 70. Our facility is off of South US 41 in The Crossing. We are minutes from major hotels, restaurants, and shops.
