Blanchard Valley Medical Associates was founded in 1974 by Dr. William Kose. As our community has grown, our practice has grown from one physician to a full-service multi-specialty medical facility. Today, Blanchard Valley Medical Associates has 16 office physicians in 7 specialties. Additional providers include physician assistants, dietitians, diabetic educators, and clinical pharmacists in accomplishing our goal of providing the best possible care to our patients. BVMA employs approximately 140 support staff serving our patients in a team concept pulling together all of our departments to always make the patient our priority.
