East Tennessee Medical Research (ETMR) is a member of PMG, and Integrated Site Network (ISN). Unlike traditional SMO's, we are a fully integrated network of sites solely dedicated to clinical research. The oversight that PMG provides for the clinical trials process across our network ensures quality, compliance and safety. From timely subject recruitment and patient education, to retention of patient volunteers and the collection of quality data for our clients, we are focused on results. Our organization has the capability to conduct trials in multiple therapeutic areas. PMG has conducted 5,500 Phase I-IV clinical trials since 1979, and we have partnered with 100 major pharmaceutical companies and CRO's.

Immunology/Infectious Diseases
East Tennessee Medical Research (ETMR), in partnership with East Tennessee State University (ETSU), is situated within a state-of-the-art research facility in the heart of Johnson City, TN. With the location in close proximity to the campus of ETSU, access to university personnel and resources creates seamless collaboration for the identification of patient volunteers and conduction of clinical research. With the availability of an electronic medical records system in some departments and a diverse network of physicians, the site is positioned to facilitate the business needs of sponsors and trial interests of potential volunteers. The addition of this facility to the Integrated Site Network (ISN) brings the capability to conduct more specialized clinical trials, including Infectious Disease focused work in HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis.
